NLP PRACITIONER (1) COURSE PERCEPTION AND REALITY SAMPLE NOTES Without a working knowledge of perception, we as individuals cannot hope to understand human behaviour. It is because the very process of perception creates the reality that we experience about us. As a result, behaviour is created as a response to the world that we perceive. In the not so distant past, it was assumed that reality or the external world that we observed affected our perceptions. This thinking has happily now gone the way of the dinosaur. Science is now catching up to ancient philosophies in its understanding of the processes of the mind. If an individual would like to acquire a new skill or change a behaviour, the first thing required is to remove, change or install relevant in formation into the inner world of memory, values and beliefs. Imagine if I have an unconscious memory of being afraid of dogs. Every time I see a dog. I will mix what I currently see with the memory. An individual that is trained to see poverty will be blind to the possibilities of wealth. IMPORTANT: All training is held in Sydney, unless otherwise specified. Payments |
