Martial Arts: Hsing-i

(Chinese Kung Fu) - Taught by Robb Whitewood

Every Thursday from July 15th - September 30th.
7pm - 8pm Basic movements & learning the style of Hsing-I + animal forms.

Adult/Teen Classes include:
7pm - 8pm Basic movements & learning the style of Hsing-I + animal forms.

8pm - 9pm Move through the classical animal forms and applications.

$250 for a 12 week pass for both classes

$180 for a 12 week pass for one class

Hsing-I (pronounced Shing-ee) is characterised by the application of a broad range of subtle fighting methods based upon the Five Elements of Chinese philosophy as well as twelve different animal Hsing (characters or strategies). The art is noted for its unusual footwork, which is different from that used in virtually all other martial arts.
