Payment to Secure your Seat
Full Payment required to make a booking. Payment to be received
at least 14 days before your selected training date in order
to secure your seat(s). |

Cancellations
Cancelled bookings will be refunded 50% of the training cost.
For bookings cancelled more than 14 days from the training
date, a refund of 90% will be granted. |

Re-scheduled/Date Changes
An administration fee of 10% of the cost of the training applies
for a date change made more than 7 days from the training
day. Date changes made inside the 7 day period from the training
start date will incur a fee equivalent to 20% of the cost of
the training. |

Transfers
Transfers of the course to another person is permitted, however
at least 3 days notice is required in order to ensure manuals,
badges, food vouchers are updated accordingly. Failure to give
adequate notice may result in the substitute person being turned
away. |
