Trainers Training will take your professional career to the next level. It really doesn't matter what your career is, if it entails influencing people, getting your message across or just the ability to grow your confidence in being in front of a group of people then Trainers Training is the certification to pursue. If your desire is to become an NLP Trainer, or a Trainer in any field, then this certification will give you the necessary skills and experience within just 20 days. In completing Trainers Training you are awarded also with a Leadership certification because many of the qualities you learn as a Trainer are also Leadership qualities.
The ability to grow in confidence and increase income is within our society directly linked to your ability to stand before others. Many people run from some of the most important opportunities of their lives simply because of the fear they associate with standing in front of a crowd.
Who should attend? Anyone who wishes to become a public speaker, facilitator, tutor, teacher, presenter, sales person, consultant, trainer, NLP trainer, school teachers, NLP coaches or therapists, corporate trainers, TAFE teachers, actors, university lecturer and anyone who simply wishes to master standing in front of a crowd of people to make a lasting impression.
Your years of work, effort, investment and study can be thrown away in a moment if at the point of presentation you don’t have the experience of leadership. For most people enormous effort can be put into development of a skill or idea, but for an audience to buy into your idea they have to be lead, for people to be able to absorb and utilise material they have to be trained with a certain method. A chain will break always at its weakest link.
When standing in front of a group of people there are many things to be aware of.
The primary aim of Trainers Training is to develop the practical skill required to perform, inform and influence a group regardless if it is 2 or 2,000 people.
Some people say training is all about numbers. Why would they say that, you ask ? Well whether you consider it from an influential or dollar perspective, you are limited when you work one on one. When you are able to interact with large groups of people while improving your own level of competence, your potential to influence and earn grows exponentially. Imagine how this could relate to your own personal situation, orientation and aspirations ?

What will the training format look like?
First this is a very unusual training experience. Its primary aim is to get you to the front of the room for as much of the training as possible. It is from the front of the room that your most important learnings will take place. It is from the front of the room that valuable experience is gathered. In this way you will be supported from moment to moment to apply the previous subject covered. One of the most important things of all is that it turns any possible anxiety into total confidence. Confidence to be able to structure an appropriate lesson for the group in front of you.
General format of the training will be:
General Q & A of the morning.
Information in the mid morning.
After lunch participants will present in groups and be given feedback.
Each evening students will integrate that days lesson in to the following days presentation.
Our objective is to graduate top quality elegant and effective Trainers.
The wonderful thing is whether you are passionately interested in teaching NLP or not, Trainers Training gives you the skills to train or present anything. You develop and stretch your ability to manage, influence and lead people and teams because you are empowered and resourced with world best training patterns. It is about reaching your personal unique outcomes.
Your Trainers Training certification is 20 days in total.
16 days classroom learning
4 days real training, hands-on experience
16 days classroom learning:
You will have 16 days of training face to face, chunked into four x four days segments. In between the training segments you will be given muscle building home-play, to train you to consolidate the information into your unconscious thought processes.
This will fine tune and consolidate each of the training layers and build layer upon layer of solid training foundations. You may not be aware as yet, but by the time you have completed your training you will be tracking at least 30 separate patterns as second nature.
4 days real training, hands-on experience:
There’s 4 days of supported road testing. This is made up of you presenting, being tasked and receiving feedback in a real world training environment in an appropriate forum for you and your goals. This may be within the NLP Practitioner certification, NLP Master Practitioner certification or one of the many Dynamic Mind Works events. Exhilarating!
Your 4 days of real training will be tailored and programmed and agreed to in consultation between you and Robb Whitewood to ensure these are in line with your personal goals.
