Perception & Reality The Doorway to Understanding Module 1 of 5 How an individual perceives reality is the blueprint of how they live life. A person’s perceptions determine the level of happiness, health, the quality and nature of their relationships. The individual that has understanding of this process can become the driver of life rather than the passenger. The Perception and Reality module is a 2 day training looking into the inner workings of the mind. How an individual creates reality is a complex process of experiential filters, memories, and decisions. These unconscious processes produce emotions that drive behaviour and in turn produce results.
